Neste trabalho foram realizadas 171 rodadas do QUAL2E em um processo de calibra\u00e7\u00e3o por tentativa e erro, em dois cen\u00e1rios de simula\u00e7\u00e3o considerados representativos: per\u00edodo seco e per\u00edodo chuvoso. O trecho simulado tem 243 km de extens\u00e3o total, tendo sido simulado um total de 496 km, considerando-se os tribut\u00e1rios contidos neste por\u00e7\u00e3o. O modelo QUAL2E mostrou-se perfeitamente aplic\u00e1vel para a bacia hidrogr\u00e1fica estudada, alcan\u00e7ando-se bons resultados na simula\u00e7\u00e3o do OD, tal como aferido pelo coeficiente de determina\u00e7\u00e3o.
